A lot of advice claims, “scale.” I’ve found the opposite: go smaller, more clear, repeatable. Progression enjoys silent systems.

Build around AI, not after it
Deal with AI like an energy, not a phenomenon. Redesign one reoccuring workflow with a basic loophole: draft → validate → fine-tune Conserve the punctual. Save the checklist. Reuse both.
Lesson: Equipment defeated sprints when you’re a group of one.
Why it matters: need for AI, large data, and cybersecurity abilities keeps rising throughout nontechnical duties as well. You do not require breadth. You need one reliable loop.
